Blizzard Watch 2006
The Powers That Be have predicted light snow for the north Georgia mountains this weekend. So naturally, grocery stores are currently being raided of every toilet tissue, milk, bread, and beer item in the metro-Atlanta area. It's unlikely we’ll get snow, but that doesn't stop the rabid metro-Atlantans from pillaging the stores.

It was close. I had to (gasp) drive through snow for the 3rd time in my life. It wasn't sticking or accumulating or anything, but it was snowing. Frankly, I'm just happy to have made it home alive.
